Tin Shed Pottery is nestled in the heart of the creative arts precinct of Inveresk., within walking distance of Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery and the Academy of the Arts which includes University of
Tasmania Art School, School of Architecture, Performing Arts and Tasmanian Polytechnic Art and Craft Design.
And just across Invermay Road is Aurora Stadium, Tasmanian home of AFL Football. Tin Shed Pottery fosters creativity, inclusiveness and diversity ensuring the survival of age old skills, techniques and knowledge that have always been the essence of art and craft based studios.
